Requirements for this week:

Must be 4 Apartments in the building
One studio apartment
One one bedroom apartment
One two bedroom apartment
One three bedroom apartment
Not all the bedrooms have to be used as a bedroom, they can be used as offices, playroom, etc. But they can't be made into a kitchen or bathroom.
There must be a kitchen area, living room area and place to eat outside of the bedrooms (this doesn't apply to the studio since no bedroom walls
All apartments have to be 100% functional
CC is allowed

I read the 4 apartment rule as "we must have AT LEAST 4 apartments", so I meet it.
