So in this video I will show you how to navigate to the function on the Redmagic Nova Android Gaming Tablet that allows you to select various resolutions and frame rates when connected to an external monitor or TV.

Given that this is a fundamental function of any Android gaming device that's designed to be connected to an external monitor or TV via the USB-C output to HDMI or DisplayPort. I would have thought that this function would have been much easier to find and not buried deep into a bunch of button clicks.
