With the release of the Redmi K70 and K70 Pro, the Redmi K70 series was introduced in the end of November 2023. But the most recent addition to the lineup hasn't arrived yet—the Redmi K70 Ultra will make its debut tomorrow, July 19. Additionally, Xiaomi has revealed that a special edition will be available.
With Lamborghini, the Redmi K70 Ultra Championship Edition was created. It appears that there are two color choices: yellow, of course, and green. The Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 served as an inspiration for the styling. For the international Lamborghini Super Trofeo racing series, this vehicle was created and constructed.
Regarding the standard Redmi K70 Ultra, Xiaomi has previously made information available. It will have a 3D heat dissipation system and be powered by the Dimensity 9300+. The 120Hz display employs 3,840Hz PWM dimming below 60 nits, transitioning from DC dimming up to that point. A 1220p+ panel is used. The phone is going to be water and dust resistant with an IP68 rating.
Rewinding to November 2023, Xiaomi and Lamborghini worked together to create a limited edition Redmi K70 Pro that was modeled after the Essenza SCV12 track-only hypercar.
In any case, tomorrow will see a complete debut of the Redmi K70 Ultra and the K70 Ultra Championship Edition. But if past performance is any guide, it looks like the Lamborghini-inspired model won't be ready for some months.
Will there ever be a worldwide release for this? Perhaps the K70 Ultra. The Poco F6 Pro and the vanilla K70 are fairly comparable. There are also reports circulating that the K70 Ultra (which was the basis for the 13T Pro) may be released as the Xiaomi 14T Pro.
