Redstoning Days #4: The good, the bad and the "oh gods, why!?"

I want to learn redstone. Simples, right? Nope, and this series will see me struggling with all of it ... If you have any suggestions for simple, starter projects, please let me know in the comments :)
The good: Enchanting table redstone set up - yay!
The bad: The Nether.
The "oh gods, why?!": first 10 minutes of the vid.
Lessons learnt for me? Primarily, plan a little better and try make one episode in one sitting. This one took 3 days of random on and off-ness, and a bucket load of editing. Simplify dang it!
After a 'bumpy' start, we get on with working out how to do an enchanting table set up with redstone. It takes aaaaaaaages ...
... but I am happy with the final outcome :)
