At first, an object at rest and an object moving at constant velocity may seem to be in very different states of motion. But in fact, they're two different views of the same thing. This becomes clear if we consider the perspectives from different reference frames. Whether an object is at rest or in motion depends on the choice of reference frame. No one reference frame is more valid than another.

03:24 - Motion is relative
