We choose to use Energia-es rocket to launch and assemble Refuelling station in Low Earth Orbit.
We might need Refuelling System in orbit to go further in the solar system and maybe to put something meaningful around.

The first part is the solar array, and the service bay, where the electronic, pumps, communications, and storage is located.
It doesn't have any living spaces, just some fancy cupboard with metal doors.

parking the first module in 75x75 Km orbit is quite funky with a really powerfull rocket. But, the end result is worth it.
