Refusing to trade stocks will have you repeat the scene after dying but if you refuse the other options you'll die and your run will be a failure, requiring a new run to get back to that same moment. Dialogue won't be different even if you refuse a second time.
It's a pretty neat little roguelike that has some lovely humor but it is a bit on the easy side. Improving the company makes your runs harder but opens new possibilities.
