Ninth short story inspired by the song of the same name. I don't know what to think of these kind of stories. Clearly, when I wrote them my mind went to some dark and gloomy place, but what it is, where it stems from? After a fair bit of time between writing and reading it I have no ability to understand my mind. I suppose it's just stream of consciousness, as I tend to simply let my mind wander as I write. Probably less going on than I think.
