Introducing a cabbage steak that has been carefully prepared and grilled to enjoy the original taste of cabbage! The salt brings out the sweetness of the cabbage, and the garlic flavor whets the appetite. It's so delicious that you'd be happy to have it as a main dish!

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・1/3 cabbage (400g)
・1 clove garlic
・1/3 teaspoon salt
・A little pepper
・3 tablespoons olive oil
For preparation
・A little salt

■Procedure
(1) Cut the cabbage into two radially, leaving the core. Wrap each part loosely in plastic wrap. Thinly slice the garlic horizontally and remove the core.
(2) Place the cabbage wrapped in plastic wrap on a heat-resistant plate and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Open the plastic wrap. (Leaving the plastic wrap open will prevent the cabbage from cooking with residual heat while you make the garlic chips and will allow the steam to escape.)
(3) Add half the olive oil (1 1/2 tablespoons) and the garlic to a frying pan and heat over low heat. Cook until golden brown, turning over and then remove (garlic chips).
(4) Reduce heat to low-medium and place the cabbage cut-side down. Cook until well browned. Turn over, sprinkle with salt (a little), add water (not included in the recipe: 1 tablespoon), cover, and steam-fry for 2-3 minutes.
(5) Push the cabbage to the back and add the remaining olive oil (1 1/2 tablespoons), salt (1/3 teaspoon), and pepper to the empty space and mix.
(6) Slightly tilt the frying pan and pour oil over the cabbage while frying for about 1 minute.

(7) Place on a plate, sprinkle with garlic chips, and sprinkle with pepper.
