"Ponzu Butter Sliced ​​Meat Steak Bowl"

■Ingredients (serves 2)
・2 bowls of white rice (400g)
・200g thinly sliced ​​pork belly
・1/3 bag of mizuna
・Potato starch (potato starch) (to taste)
・Salt and pepper (a little)
・20g salted butter
・4 tablespoons of ponzu soy sauce
・1 tablespoon of salad oil

■Procedure
(1) Cut the mizuna into bite-sized pieces.
(2) Sprinkle the pork with salt, pepper, and potato starch while still in the package. (Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and potato starch. Turn the pork over to sprinkle it on so that it does not lose its shape.)
(3) Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and cook over medium heat until browned. Turn the pork over and cook for about 3 minutes until the meat is cooked through, then remove it from the frying pan.
(4) Add butter and ponzu to the same frying pan and heat over medium heat until it thickens.
(5) Cut the removed meat into bite-sized pieces.
(6) Place rice in a bowl, top with mizuna and pork, and pour over sauce from step 4.
