Introducing a side dish with plenty of ingredients that you can just put on top and heat! The flavor is determined by the yakiniku sauce, so you don't need to use much seasoning.

■Ingredients (2 servings)
・150g pork belly trimmings
・40g vermicelli
・1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
・1 bag (100g) enoki mushrooms
・1/2 bunch (50g) chives
・A little salt and pepper
☆Seasonings
・1 teaspoon grated garlic
・4 tablespoons yakiniku sauce
・100cc water
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
■Procedure
(1) Put ☆ in a frying pan and mix. Spread out the glass noodles and bean sprouts. Hold the enoki mushrooms by the base and cut them into two equal lengths with kitchen scissors, then remove the base. Tear off the part near the base and spread it out.
(2) Spread out the pork on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
(3) Cover and heat over medium heat, then simmer over low heat for 6-7 minutes.
(4) Add the chives while cutting them into 4cm pieces with kitchen scissors, then stir fry the whole.
