Relics of the Past has officially been nerfed on the Shadowlands PTR (Pre-patch PTR). This means no more vendor shuffle meta, as crafting Relic of the Past rank 4 now costs a flat 75 gold (60 if you have reputation discount), and Relic of the Past rank 5 costs a flat 125 gold (100 if you have reputation discount). On top of that you also need the actual cloth/leather/ore to craft the Relic aswell, meaning a Rank 5 Relic will realistically cost you 150 gold, and no vendor shuffles with Relics of the Past gives 150g+, so this vendor shuffle idea is now gone.
Hopefully this video gives some of you time to sell your stockpile before everyone finds out about these news, and if you're looking for cheap cloth, leather or ore, you might be able to find some good deals now as people are panic-dumping their stock!
