Thanks to mt2006st for the running down the clock trick. Just shoot off the signal flare below 0:45:00 and the rocket will get dropped 15 seconds later (if you shoot if off slightly before then, the rocket will get dropped at 0:30:00). This saves a load of ammo and a hassle fighting and dodging the final Tyrant.
