Honestly I had no clue what I was doing vs Cancer, I just kept on moving till he was dead, I guess try not to get trapped inside his trees that he spawns.
Regarding the Venom fight, try to shoot the pillars when they spawn as they make the fight a bit harder by throwing nades on you, other than that hiding behind the cylindrical objects I think helps some and of course don't get hit from his vertical beams or fireballs.
