Remnant: From the Ashes - UEVR (1st person mod)
23Tried this again as had tested this previously in an older build. Unfortunately the 3DOF motion controls don't work and your aim stays fixed on a central plane, as had set up my camera and was in game captured some more footage. You can see here that even without motion controls/head locked aiming with a controller is easier than you'd think. As you have depth perception you just aim :) this particular game the crosshair doesn't appear (not just the OBS plugin with the UI) and was still able to play the game just fine.
You can also see near the beginning of the video I quickly do a camera offset to go back to third person, this nexusmod for 1st person removes the character model when you roll to prevent motion sickness if you were wondering how that happened. The game is also very cool just in third person, I played it with a tiny world scale with a RE4 kind of view and was just as cool too.
