Music from the soundtrack has been added to this clip, but there are still no sound effects. This will be my last RemoteJoyLite Test video, and I promise not to upload any more PSP videos unless I get the proper sound cables first.
Although I've known about "Metal Slug" for a few years, this is the first time I actually played one of these wonderful run and gun games, and needless to say I love the meticulously detailed, almost Amiga-esque 2D graphics. The first three titles are supposed to be the best in the series, and though there are various PS1 and PS2 ports it's also nice to see how the series is now available for newer consoles such as the PSP, Xbox 360 and Wii (and the DS via MS7, although whether that was a such good idea or not is debateable).
