Adups FOTA is a firmware updater installed by the factory on many Chinese mobile phones and indeed is found the Powkiddy X18. Unfortunately this updater creates a backdoor in your X-18 which could be used by the manufacturer or a malicious 3rd party to read personal data from your game system. Here's how to remove it. The ADB commands should work on Chinese cell phones such as BLU, etc as well.

adb shell pm list packages -f
Remove Adups
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.adups.fota
