Rename Every Character (Shining Force: The Sword of Hajya, Game Gear) - Retrogaming Easter Eggs
1,824This game is called Shining Force: The Sword of Hajya for the Sega Game Gear. I played Shining Force I & II for Sega Genesis, and thought they were awesome, so I'm excited to discover that there are a few more SF games on the handheld GameGear system.
I'm also VERY excited to learn about this code that allows you to rename every recruitable character in the game. Normally you're only allowed to name the main protagonist, and every other character has a default name you can't change.
However, when starting a new file, name your main protagonist and highlight the END button. Then, hold START and press 2. Now you will now be prompted to rename Prince Nick!
Then on the screen where you rename Prince Nick, again highlight END and hold START and Press 2. Now the game will prompt you to name EVERY CHARACTER that can be recruited!
