I feel as though the SoR titles on Game Gear are a little more vicious when it comes to enemy aggression, and it's REALLY hard to get back on your feet when an enemy knocks you down since they will hover over you and spam punches.
But hey, here is a code! In the OPTIONS menu, highlight number 11 on the Sound Test, then press 1 and 2 at the same time. Some additional options will appear! Turning DAMAGE to OFF will make your character invulnerable. There's also a stage select!
