Render Dragon Engine - Minecraft Preview
0No FPS counter, I didn't feel the need, this is preview software anyway, so I'm sure perrformance will change. If you want to know, performance is about the same as the regular game, although, as you can see, visibility is way less. I didn't see a way of adjusting this. At the end, I show some of the same areas of actual ray tracing, which mostly looks a lot better, although performance isn't as good.
FYI, The Render Dragon Engine is the new render engine for Minecraft that's not ray tracing, but is half way there. So it can run on systems that don't support ray tracing.
I tried this out with the latest Minecraft Preview on my desktop with a Ryzen 7900x and 7900 XT. I also tried it on my laptop (Lenovo Legion) with an AMD Ryzen 7840 HS and a Nvidia 4060.
