Replaceing the POE power board in a Cisco SG-300 28P - #ScottBca
1Many Cisco Small Business 24 / 28 port POE switches share the same POE power board (E230374).
One of my switches was having POE issues and slow webpage loads in the web interface. The error was:
"%HAL_config_poe-A-POEFailDetected: POE ERROR(i2c_write_mem failed. addr 0x1cfc dev_num 0 val 0xf44a) was detected: POE is Disabled untill Reset
i2c_status fail: 1 retries_num 12
"
The models that I know have this board is:
Sx300-28P
SF300-28P
SG300-28P
SG500-28P
If you know of other models that use this board please comment.
