Many many months ago, the buttons on my v1 Zappi looked to have some water ingress or damage of some sort. This is a purely cosmetic issue, but I finally got around to contacting MyEnergi about it and they quickly sent me out a replacement facia.
So this is just a quick video showing you how to replace yours if the need arises.
