Windows 8 Build 8045 is a build which was shared to BetaArchive on January 26th, 2020. It features a new system crash screen, the background in the wordoku puzzle wallpaper has been changed, and the boot screen now has the circle loading animation. This is also an x64-only beta build.

WARNING:
To get this build working on your current version of VMware Workstation/Player (Windows) or VMware Fusion (Mac OS X/macOS), you need to set the compatibility mode to VMware 8.x/9.x. Otherwise, a bug check will occur.
