This is not a speedrun it's a normal walkthrough to help anyone who needs help or just wants to watch.
In the second part of this walkthrough i go to the guardhouse and destroy Plant 42 and then return to the mansion. Chris however isn't very smart and so he cannot mix the chemicals by himself so that job as to be done by Rebbeca. You can also go to the chemical room when Rebecca is in there and she "treats Chris" which can have a lot of meanings;)
