After pretty much doing most of everything this game has to offer, I thought I would try a different kind of challenge:
Can I beat RE2R while poisoned?

This was achieved using an Enemy Swap mod that can change enemies into certain other enemy types, in this instance it's Poison Zombies from the DLC modes. Unfortunately, the mod creator uploaded it incorrectly so I had to unzip them, recompress and re-zip them, and then unzip them and they worked properly (found the answer in the comments on the nexus page)
