There were other survivors during the fall of Raccoon City, one of them being our hero from Resident Evil 1, the master of unlocking herself Jill Valentine. Jill is being hunted through the streets of Raccoon by the terrifying Nemesis, who has one goal in mind, to cover up all of Umbrellas wrong doings and kill all witnesses. Will Mikey team up with studly Carlos and escape from the city of the dead? or will we be bullied into submission by the towering tyrant?
In this volume, Jill explores Downtown Raccoon city further, trying to find ways to fix the cable car. After exploring the Umbrella Sales office, Jill is dragged underneath the ground by the Grave Digger worm, after a close escape Jill is chased down by Nemesis. After the cable car crashes, Jill and Carlos make their way to the clock tower. Seeking rescue, Jill sets out to ring the clock tower to alert a evacuation but Nemesis is hot on their heels.
