This is a texture found in the files that goes unused. All of the releases after the psx (except for garbage ass gamecube) have exclusive costumes. This outfit seems to be another costume that could of been chosen, but was scrapped.

This outfit featured a red long sleeve, thats cut off at the top to reveal the shoulders. Paired with a camo themed mini skirt and black leather boots. Honestly, I love it and I'm most likely going to use it in a full playthrough.
