Chapter 6-1: Another long chapter, but definitely much easier than the previous one as everything by now you've seen before.
Once you're on the ship, whip out the Rocket Launcher to take care of the majini from afar. Continue north and eventually you'll drop down and head towards the stairs on your left. As you do, be careful because several dogs will jump out from behind. Nothing another rocket can't fix. Continue heading north and another wave of majini will greet you. Take them out and head through door. After you push the dumpster, jump down and you'll soon be separate from Sheva.
For the next part, you can choose to use your magnum to up your Accuracy, like I did or your Rocket Launcher. Either way, eventually a majini will drop down carrying a card reader. Kill him and swipe the card. Shoot the green button atop the door to bypass the lock and head north to reach the locked gate where you'll use the card reader. Before you head completely up the stairs, slowly walk up and another majini will come flying in your face. Quickly use your magnum and then switch to your Rocket Launcher to take care of the majini from above. Another one awaits as you climb the second ladder, so be careful.
After freeing Sheva, head back down and greet her. Once you do, head towards the yellow platform and two Big Majini men will drop down. Take them both out and use the levers to continue forward. Again, you'll be separated, and as you make your way around the corner, another cargo crate awaits you filled with dogs. Nothing another rocket can't fix. After you meet with Sheva, head up the stairs and into the entrance of the ship.
Once you make your way down the spiral stairwell, skip the cutscene and head through the door. Before you enter, you can take out at least two to three majini if you're quick enough. Once you do, duck with Sheva and wait until they stop shooting before you can take them out. I'd recommend a Rocket Launcher here, as they're hard to reach and you can easily miss, resulting in a death. Once they're dead, drop down and another wave awaits. Take them all out before heading down the ladder.
In this section, be careful and walk slowly, as several majini wait at the far end and will come rushing you to attack. It only takes one of them to land to put you near death, so be careful. After making your way through, climb up the ladder and defeat any remaining majini before heading west of the ladder.
The Gatling Gun boss is a breeze. By now, if you think you're low on Accuracy, whip out your Lightning Hawk and dispose of him that way. He's easy to hit and stuns, leaving you plenty of time to put at least 10-12x bullets in him before he goes down. Once he does, grab the keycard and head up the stairs to drop down. In the lockbox is another keycard. With both, head near the door in the corner with Sheva to unlock the last room of majini.
Careful! This last room as three majini with Rocket Launchers. If you're quick at aiming, you can take out at least one of them. For the last two, hide, behind the nearby cases off to the side and dispose of them that way. Once they're dead, collect their necklaces before heading onto the elevator.
Overall, even though it seems long, there's not a difficult section like last time. And most of the enemies you can see them in advance. The hardest part, I think, will likely be the dogs at the beginning and middle of the ship before the entrance. They're harder to pin down, but with a rocket or two, you should be able to handle them.
