Chapter 2-3: The chapter that gives everyone trouble, including veterans of the game. The first half of the chapter isn't terribly bad, and the upside is that if you die too many times, it's a quick restart, unlike some other chapters later on in the game.
For the Safari section, focus on the motorcycle majini first! The reason is that they carry Molotov cocktails that can damage you heavily if you're not paying attention. Yes, the trucks are important too, but always make sure to focus on the motorcycles first. For the first two trucks, ignore them completely. After they're finished, take out the trucks and be quick as you'll be whiplashed near a truck station. Take out the red barrels and you should be able to break through. You likely won't have much health, but don't worry as the last section of Safari is less than a minute and thankfully there are no more trucks. Focus on the majini and you should be able to reach the boss at the end of the chapter.
Ndesu: This is where everyone screws up in attaining S Rank for this chapter. A few things note about this boss.
I. It takes roughly three cycles to kill him on Professional, assuming you're targeting the large parasite on his back.
II. You can survive a single attack, but anything more than that and you'll have to restart from the beginning of the boss fight.
III. Bowmen are located off to the right side, as well as a majini on the left that carries a Molotov cocktail. You can kill them without getting injured, but if you're nearing the end of the fight and have a bit of health, focus on Ndesu. A minor scratch here or there won't kill you, and since you shouldn't be getting hit by Ndesu at all, then you have nothing to worry about.
IV. Lastly, one wrong QTE button press and you're likely going to end up dead. You need to be quick at inputting the proper buttons by now. But if you're on Professional, that shouldn't be much of a problem. Nothing else you can do but practice.
With that out of the way, now onto the fight. For the first cycle is pretty standard. You'll have the two bowmen trying to shoot at you while Ndesu stomps on you. Focus on Ndesu and when the smaller parasites begin to emerge on his body, use the several seconds to shoot at the bowmen during that animation. There should be just enough time to kill them and then focus back on the boss without him damaging you. If he picks up the boulder, shoot at it or use the red barrel beside him.
For the second cycle, the majini on the left hand side will start to appear and begin throwing Molotov cocktails. This is the one you want to kill immediately. They can do pretty good damage on Professional and can cause a slight pausing animation that leaves you open to attack from Ndesu, which you don't want. Immediately take him out while Ndesu is beside you and continue to focus on the parasite.
For the final cycle (hopefully), give him everything you have. If you still have quite a bit of health, forget about the bowmen and focus solely on Ndesu. Kill the majini off to the left hand side as he will continue to reappear and if you manage to get the four parasites off his body, he'll cycle through to his final large parasite on his back. Keep shooting at it and he'll eventually fall.
This is arguably the second hardest chapter on Professional for S Rank in the entire game. You'll likely have to restart the chapter, but after knowing the spawning points of the majini and getting used to Ndesu, you'll be able to walk away with S Rank. Keep practicing and you should be able to obtain it.
*Quick Note* - You can still die like I did and receive S Rank. Anything more than two deaths, however, and you're better off restarting the chapter. Your Accuracy, Enemies Routed and Clear Time (assuming you didn't restart constantly like me) should all be S Rank, so the only thing to worry about is Deaths.
Thankfully, I was able to do this all in one go, but I know that some of it can come down to luck, unfortunately.
