Jake Chapter 1: Money Talks (16:15) - Jake Muller and a group of mercenaries unwittingly inject themselves with the C-Virus. After determining that he must carry the antibodies to the virus, Sherry Birkin escapes from the infected with Jake. She explains that she's working with a government agency and that they need Jake's blood to develop a vaccine for the virus (25:05).
While escaping, they run into and escape from the Ustanak (37:40). Eventually they are cornered and forced to fight the Ustanak (53:30).
Once they reach the surface again, they meet with Chris Redfield and his BSAA squad and help defeat two large BOW's by taking out the anti-aircraft turrets in the area (1:01:05).
After helping Chris, Jake & Sherry leave in a chopper supplied by the BSAA (1:15:55). Sherry's people agree to Jake's demands but the chopper is soon attacked by the Ustanak.

Jake Chapter 2: A Revolting Development (1:24:58). Jake & Sherry survive the crash but Sherry is injured. She quickly recovers due to her healing ability but the data on Jake's blood has been scattered on the mountains near the crash site.
They reclaim the data and head to a nearby cabin to weather the storm (1:56:00). Sherry explains that her healing factor is a side effect from being infected with the G-virus. They are ambushed by the J'avo and escape on snowmobile. However, the Ustanak defeats them before they can get to the rendezvous point and are captured by Ada Wong, who reveals that Jake is the son of Albert Wesker (2:39:40).
