Resident Evil Afterlife Movie Review - The Matrix: Decomposed
The 4th movie in the Paul W.S. Anderson Resident Evil film franchise, Resident Evil: Afterlife directly follows Resident Evil: Extinction... by cleaning up the sequel bait as fast as possible, and massively course correcting on that power creep that's been going on in the series so far.
So it's practically a completely unrelated movie at this point, spare that it does follow the survivor's tale from Extinction. Sort of. The nature of the destination is warped to the point where details about it from the previous movie don't make sense anymore, but it's still... kinda there?
