Resident Evil (Chris): No Save Run
2I decided that a complete run of the original Resident Evil wasn't truly complete unless I unlocked the Rocket Launcher for both characters. In order to unlock it, you need to complete the game in less than three hours. I decided to do this no save run first as practice. I chose to have Rebecca follow me this playthrough. This allows you to play as her on two occasions.
Keep in mind, this playthrough isn't a speedrun. I still intended to do everything there is to do that I consider to be part of a full playthrough, which includes collecting all the items in the game. This also represents what a regular playthrough of the game is like for me.
