After the second boulder gives way, grab the map and MO Disk behind it (2:05). Use the Hex Crank to open the way to a room on the left. Inside, push the statue onto the panel to get the Doom Book 2 and the Wolf Medal (3:32). Use the Eagle & Wolf Medal to gain access to the Laboratory.

In the downstairs portion, read the Researcher's Letter and observe the painting using both the regular light and blue light to determine the access codes for the computer (14:45):

Access Code to Visual Data Room: MOLE
Enter these codes in the computer room to unlock some rooms and grab the Slides before leaving (19:00). In the Visual Data Room, use the slides to get proof of Wesker's involvement (22:37). Press the switch on the side of the room to get the Power Room Key. The room opened on floor B3 will give you a pass code when you use the MO Disk (29:50).

After using the Power Room Key, enter the room on the right (31:30). Move the boxes so that they block the grates and move the stairs to gain access to the chute. on the other side is the 2nd passcode generator. The final passcode generator is found in the second room on the way to restore the power to the elevator (41:55).
Push the switch to call for the elevator and Rebecca will join you (48:20). Below, Wesker will ambush you and release the Tyrant. After defeating it, hit the switch on the terminal to release the door. Make your way to the exit but stop to rescue Jill first (58:11).As you're leaving, grab the Battery to activate the lift (1:01:20). Outside, grab the flare and use it to call Brad before the final boss fight against the Tyrant. After doing enough damage, Brad will drop a rocket launcher which will kill the tyrant in one hit.
