Joel and his daughter, Sarah, try to make their way out of the city once a Cordyceps outbreak turns people into zombified savages (2:47).

20 Years Later, long after the outbreak has ravaged humanity, Joel and his cohort Tess track down Robert, who is withholding a shipment of guns from them (20:45).
