Spared you the part where I ran back and forth from chest to chest moving all the items but I had to do it again when I got to the laboratory.

Got the bad ending to save on ammo and health items because this mode is really hard and it was the only ending I needed for trophies. Also, not saving anyone gets rid of the final boss fight.
