This Resident Evil Village game guide video shows how to defeat the second vampire daughter in Castle Dimitrescu. You will encounter the daughter in the Armory, not long after collecting the Mask of Pleasure. The battle won't start until you've approached the Pipe Bombs in the armory - make sure to collect them.
Push the large piece of furniture next to one of the walls so that you'll uncover a weak part of the wall. Throw a pipe bomb at it. The objective here is to exploit the daughter's weakness to cold. Wait for her to appear close to the hole with the cold air coming in and only attack her, preferably with your shotgun. Continue doing this until she's dead.
