Here is a Free to play solution for this weeks Resonant Battles Week 23.

This week is quite a treat. I was able to get it done entirely without seals, which leaves lots of room for adjustments for your Interval or your units boons and banes. In addition we also got away with just 1 inherit(well 2 if you count Lunge on Cordelia which we have been using for 10 weeks or something) as well as also using only 4 star units outside of Cordelia. I'd call this a budget win.

The only things to watch out for in this solution is that Marth gets attack by Robin instead of Olivia(and that neither of them die to Robin) as well as Cordelia both having enough attack to kill the red thief in the top left corner in 1 round, but not too much attack as to not one shot the blue thief in the top left corner. As long as you keep those things in mind the solution is very flexible.
