Here is a F2P solution for this weeks resonant Battles week 21.

This week is a cakewalk we need basically no inheritance at all, the only thing you need is a 5 star Petrine, or something compareable like Pirate Veronica. According to my calcs a Pirate Veronica with Deathblow 3 and her basekit should deal 68 damage in total to the red thief in Interval 21, therefore killing him with 2HP to spare. However if you are using Pirate Veronica you should also be able to use the Fortifying Horn turn 2 which makes it easier anyways, as unlike Petrine, she will obliterate the green thief without any help.
