Restore flagged Chrome extensions
1Hello my friends, in this quick tutorial I show you how to restore the extensions which got flagged by Google as malware. In this example the extension called 'Bookmark checker' was harmless and got false positive flagged.
This has to do with Googles extension content verification and sometimes it flags good extension as 'evil'.
Quick Steps:

1. Download your extension in the archive (https://crx.dam.io).
2. Rename it to xxx.crx (the downloaded file has xxx.zip as format).
3. Change chrome://flags/#extension-content-verification to 'Bootstrap' and restart your Browser.
4. Drag & Drop your extension into the browser Extension Page (ensure 'Developer Mode' is enabled).
5. Allow the extension.
