Retro City Rampage is a GTA1 style game with retro NES style graphics and a ton of references to the 8-bit era and other pop culture references from that time. It's filled with satire about games, a charming presentation, great humour and it's tons of fun. The game starts you off running and doesn't let up for a while until it opens up the free roaming aspect of the game. Anyway, it's basically GTA for the NES, if that were possible.
