In this episode of Retro Flashback, I take a look at Rolling Thunder, also known as the game Code Name:Viper (see my last video) blatantly ripped off. In spite of that, I still think Code Name: Viper was the superior game and I attempt to explain why. I looked at the Nintendo Entertainment System version but it was also available on a ton of other platforms.

Rolling Thunder's NES version which is featured in this video is not currently available for digital purchase. The superior arcade version was featured in numerous Namco collections including Namco Museum Encore for the PlayStation, Namco Museum Battle Collection for the PlayStation Portable, Namco Museum Virtual Arcade for Xbox 360, Namco Museum 50th Anniversary for the PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox and PC as well as on the Japan Wii Virtual console and in the Namco Arcade app for iOS devices.
