Retro Game Collecting No Longer Makes Sense
There will always be people who find value in collecting a physical game and having a physical collection that you can see and hold. But is that worth thousands of dollars when the better playing experience is less expensive?
Emulation has been around a long time, but it has never been more mainstream than it is now.
Devices that emulate games, even as recent as the PS2 or Gamecube have never been more popular or affordable.
For me, and I believe the majority of people, this is the way to go. Retro game collecting no longer makes sense.

I've been making videos on this channel since 2013. A lot has changed since then, but today I make videos for the same reason someone may keep a diary.
It's to track and chronicle the things I am interested in at various points of my life. These videos are something for me to be able to look back on.
So why are you here? Because video games are fun and worth sharing! If that's a journey you want to be a part of, like the video and subscribe to the channel.
