Retro Gaming Capture Test 2 Part 4 | Nintendo 64
2More testing of gaming rigs I am building, where I would like each device to be played very quickly without any wiring and also to be able to capture footage where possible with just a few switches turned on. The point of these videos is to see how this type of set up can be done with different devices and maybe help anyone else trying to do a similar thing with a mix of old and new hardware.
Another N64 console and another option to look at for converting to HDMI. This time it is the RetroTINK-5X. I got this convertor to use with multiple systems that I will use on occasions such as this extra N64. I have the quick and always wired options on many systems to switch on already, but this expensive but well liked convertor can be used on various systems when I have a good reason to wire and set up. I expect a very low lag and good result and the test seems to show great results so far with a look at some games also shown in previous testing and a couple of different ones. Standard cheap cable and default settings used for this test, so possible to improve the result slightly more I would think.
