A fine 3D Tetris game with lots of setup options, so it should be possible for most people to find a game that suits them:

Game select:
U / Flat (Easy)
I / Half (Medium)
O / Full (Hard)
0-9 level (0 = easy, 9 = hard)

W, A, S, D = Move block
N, Space= Drop block
U, J = Vertical flip right and left
I, K = Horizontal flip right and left
O, L = Rotate block right and left

W, A, S, D is necessary to use because it is the direction keys to move the blocks, but you can settle with e.g. U, I, O for the rest because you have time enough to only rotate one way in the first many levels.
