The second stage of the Return To Sender quest sends up back to some of the ranger stations that we visited in the previous episode, before the final denouement with Chief Hanlon at Camp Golf. Once that quest is closed off, we head to another nearby location where some NCR soldiers are being held hostage by a large squad of Legionaries.
