What to watch out for?
1. Boss starts as a medical kit which will turn into a Giant Carbuncle after 3 Round. Inflicting 50% of it's HP will turn it back into a medical kit. If we fail to kill it within 3 turn after it turn into a medical kit, it will restore to full HP. We can kill it in its Carbuncle form if we deal enough damage. The Strategy here is you deal almost to 50% but not pass 50%. Then set-up your unit with all form of buff and blast it down. If you can't do it in 1 round, it's ok, as most buff and debuff last for 2 Rounds. In the 2nd round, it will already turn back into a medical kit, quickly kill it. We have 3 rounds to do it.
2. The Knights' Ultimate can inflict Daze, bring a cleanser if you want but is okay without one.
3. Everytime our unit uses Ult, they will be inflicted by [Disconcert] preventing them to obtain moxie. Making them slow to set-up their Ultimate again. While we can wait it out and build up the Ultimate of other unit, this can be annoying especially if we use unit like Vila or Lopera as they might not be able to circulate their Ulti within the required number of round. We can bring a cleanser like 6 to remove [Disconcert].
Recommendation:
Myth Manifest: All 3 Myth Manifest is workable here but since Boss is weak against Star, the Star of Misfortune will be preferred Manifest. Set-up for Windsong/Lilya and use Manifest's Ultimate everytime it is ready.
Mountain Ghost, then go for Rank-Up to help us able to deal more dmg.
Operative Reflection, go for moxie gain so we can get Ultimate faster and spam Ultimate after we fully buff/debuff for max dmg.
Characters:
Single Target Star DPS: Windsong and Lilya
Windsong: Set-up her Ult, nuke the enemy, if you are able to adjust, don't over stack and bring Boss to about 60% HP. Then set-up again and this time, stack as many incantation as possible, if you need to prolong the fight to stack more, then do it. If you accidentally dmg the boss and bring it to below 50% HP, then make sure you unleash Windsong's Ult before it turn back into a Carbuncle.
Lilya Ult Euphoria allows her to hit really hard with her Ultimate, we can simply keep spamming her incantation to build up stack for her Ultimate to hit harder even if her moxie is full. Once it's max, fully buff her and unleash her Ultimate.
Other Single Target Support:
Argus, 6, Kakania
Ultimate even for a support unit hits pretty hard. 6 and Argus are good candidates for this. Kakania is also really good, let her charge her [Empathy] and use her Ult before other units for higher "recorded" dmg, so she deals more Genesis Dmg at the end.
Cleanser:
The usual 3: 6, Vila, Tooth Fairy
