What to watch out for?

1. Boss has really high resistance to non-afflatus advantage dmg making only, Mineral (Jiu), Lucy (after she Ult), and Poison viable. Unless cheese it with moxie depletion.

2. Anjo hit really hard with all the AOE attacks, we need to bring strong sustain to tank. After she Ult, the summon will do AOE, and her "debuff" Atk also will do AOE.

3. Moxie. She starts with 5 moxie and will immediately Ult, the cheese strategy basically deplete her Moxie preventing her from casting Ult, keep doing that and she will never summon. If she summon (now in channeling status), she start with 12 moxie and if she Ult, we might get one shot by it. Prevent that by using 1-target Atk as that will deplete her Moxie when she is channeling, but the summon will still attack and is still very painful.

4. Position. When she uses Ult, and the summon Atk with it's Ult, it will captivate the unit in position #1 and move it to #3. #4 will then move to #1 and #3 moves to #4. Do not let your DPS get captivated!

5. Pull unit to position #1. Now this is annoying, the summon has two attack, one is debuff and another is attack. The "Attack" incantation will pull the unit with highest moxie to #1 and later when Anjo Ult, that unit will get Captivated. And most of the time, our DPS will have the highest moxie so eventually they will get Captivated. To prevent this, let one of your support gain max moxie and get their Ultimate. Do NOT use their Ultimate so they are always at 5 moxies. Now if you see the "Attack" symbol on the summon, don't allow your DPS to reach 5 moxie. If their moxie is lower, your support will get dragged to position #1 and later get Captivated. The fight will be easier to manage if your DPS doesn't get Captivated.

6. When the summon is up, quickly kill it then focus fire on Anjo before she Ults again.

Recommendation:
Myth Manifest: Mountain Ghost can inflict [Weakness] on Anjo lowering her DMG. Mountain Ghost also does a 1-target attack every round depleting Anjo's moxie when she is channeling. Go for Rank-Up set-up.

Mountain Ghost is recommended for moxie depletion strategy, as Mountain Ghost rank up an incantation at start of round for unit at position #1 and later for #2 and it alternate between them. After Mountain Ghost uses Ult, it also gives more incantation as it expend our incantation list. This will make it more likely to get THE incantation for the unit that can deplete moxie. (Subjected to some RNG).

Characters:
Jiu, Eternity, Semmelweis has afflatus advantage but there is no Myth Manifest to boost them, so make sure to bring really tanky sustain unit to survive as likely you will need many turns to defeat it.

Lucy: Lucy after she Ult has afflatus advantage and will be able to deal A LOT of DMG. Depending on your portray, similar to the mineral team, she will need good sustain to survive.

Poison Team: Poison will work as they bypass the afflatus issue. But poison units are mostly Plants and weak against Anjo. Again, need sustain. With Poison, quickly set-up short cycle and Burst them down. Use Unfinished Tune to set Willow up. (I didn't do a video for this as many other CC has done it).

Moxie Depletion: As mentioned, moxie depletion prevents Anjo from casting Ultimate preventing her from summoning and dealing massive damage. Melania, The Fool, and Nick Bottom has moxie depletion but only if their incantation is Rank 2. Use Mountain Ghost and hope it upgrade the right incantation. Remember to use Tuning to get Rank 2. Unfinished tune to generate precast and merge OR First Melody to upgrade it to rank 2 using the special incantation.
