1 hour of me being head over heels for this new update! I love this game so much, my hype for this moment to come has lasted for months now, and I just can't get over how muhc of a blessing this game is. And there is probably so much more beyond this video too, like Chapter 7 of course, Lorelei, and so much more! I genuinely can't believe everything going on, the Live Stream had me just as excited, going over all of this yesterday/on September 19th) had me hooked, which is probably an understatement, aaaaaaa bless this game!


Let's go over the main thing first, Lucy Lucy Lucy! Yes Madam Lucy, I have waited so long for this moment and I am so proud to finally see her and her enhancements arrive into the game. The second Limited character after Jiu Niangzi, the very reason I have come into this with 121 Unilogs (+ Decatone) because even if I was to get Lucy, more dupes would be very welcome, similar to when it came to Jiu. I'm not fully decided on what to do when it comes to navigating her and Kakania, maybe it will depend on my Kakania luck, but we will have to see. Either way, all the cool Lucy stuff is a lot to take in, and since the recording, I am still trying to get used to both looks in terms of how to change between them (the robot face and the human face) but it is interesting how you can change that. I prefer the human face, but only on the Insight II look, as on the normal one, it's a little jarring imo. Still, I am more than happy to finally have Lucy and I hope she can continue to improve herself!

Speaking of new characters, I'll never say no to a free 6 Star character, in this case, Semmelweis! Since Lucy is my main priority right now, I'll probably revisit her in the future, but I might try her out in the future and see what happens, although I am a little nervous about all the HP draining stuff going on with her. I think at the moment, I prefer her normal look over the Insight II one, the white hair isn't something I'm completely used to compared to when I first saw her in Echoes of the Mountain, but still, interesting character!

I also spent quite a lot of time with the Mood Switcher. It was cool to see all the new pieces of music to go over as well as all the extra little details. I hope we get even more, in the future, there are a few I'd love to hear in the homescreen!

As for garments...well, the Regulus one is just incredible wtf! Why is it so good, why is she so cool, and then all the new VA stuff too, ahhhh she is such an awesome character, and Regulus really is flying sky high! If I ever spend money on this game in the future, this is definitely a strong consideration!
Regulus aside, Jessica has a sailor themed garment which has some cool differences from normal, and then there is Voyager (who I sadly don't have yet), Desert Flannel and Mesmer Jr. who all have nice hats in one way or another and I like all their different themes (what would they be doing if it wasn't for the "Storm"). Of course, I can't fault them for going all out with the Regulus one, I was also a bit shocked when it showed the full on animation the way it did, aaaaaa so exciting!


But yeah, there is probably more where it all came from! As of typing, I haven't finished Chapter 7 yet, but I'm already hooked and interested to see where it goes. I'm also interested in other stuff like the Sonetto garment, and hopefully the game mode where you get Lorelei will be manageable for me, but yeah, there is so much to unpack, and it's been an honour to have been playing this game since November 2023, if only I was a Day 1 player for this special game!
