Anyway, this new Limbo requires a Plant team and a Star team. The main rule this time is getting extra Moxie when using a higher Ranked Incantation, probably because of the Mercuria banner, though other characters like An-an Lee and Marcus can still benefit. It's also not hard to take advantage of the new rule with specific Tuning types.
I thought this would be overkill with Marcus and Kakania, so I decided to do Eagle and Kakania (since Kakania makes it a bit easier to field lower rarities) and Isolde (because for the Crit and Reality DEF debuff). I actually decided to build up a few low rarities (like Twins Sleep) just because of Kakania.
