Team: Bkornblume (R10 / P4), Marcus (R10 / P0), An-an Lee (R10 / P0), Vila (R10 / P0)
Boss Isolde and Kakania have pretty similar mechanics to their playable versions:
-Boss Kakania will absorb a certain amount of damage for Isolde until she's taken too much. She can reset her absorption when she uses her Ultimate.
-Boss Isolde inflicts 3 Burn stacks on your party at the start of the stage, and she will power up depending on who on your party has the most Burn stacks.
There are only a few minor differences. Mainly their Afflatus types, though Kakania also gives Sturdiness stacks with her Buff and both will power up when you kill one and not the other.
Despite going into this with a dedicated Plant/Control team, this was close. If you don't have An-an Lee or Bkornblume, I think my recommendation is to run characters who can inflict Silence (like Voyager, Zima or X). Isolde exclusively uses Debuffs, so Silence will prevent her from attacking and powering up.
